In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

wwwbaji reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistan CNIC, passport), proof of age, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on the wwwbaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, or other cities), and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly notify wwwbaji of any changes via the support channel.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.
• Not use fictitious, misleading, or otherwise false identity information.

wwwbaji reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide reasons. Registration does not guarantee access to all platform features until any applicable KYC verification steps have been completed to wwwbaji's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wwwbaji account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your password with any person under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to represent wwwbaji.
• wwwbaji staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) — strongly recommended and available to all registered Players.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to wwwbaji support immediately.

wwwbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any wager placed through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised party who gained access due to your negligence — will be treated as valid and binding.

If wwwbaji detects unusual or suspicious activity on your account, it may temporarily lock the account and require you to complete additional identity verification steps before restoring access. This is a security measure and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by wwwbaji.

wwwbaji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and USDT. All PKR deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the wwwbaji cashier section at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• wwwbaji does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile wallet or bank) may apply their own service charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account bearing the same name as the registered wwwbaji account holder.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically settle within 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• wwwbaji does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, at any time and for any withdrawal amount.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another Player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

During religious periods including Ramadan, wwwbaji promotional campaigns are designed to be culturally respectful and tasteful. Promotional content during these periods will not feature imagery or messaging that conflicts with the cultural values observed by Pakistani Muslims. All bets and wagers placed on the wwwbaji platform — including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, rummy, and keno — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or game type. These product-specific rules are accessible within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Cricket and Sports Betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official results and statistics from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). wwwbaji's settlement decision is final in all cases of disputed results, provided it is made in good faith and in accordance with published rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets accepted during in-play markets are final and binding once confirmed. Network delays are the Player's responsibility. wwwbaji reserves the right to void in-play bets where technical errors led to clearly erroneous odds being offered.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwwbaji platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches — whether or not such exploitation was intentional. You are required to report any such errors to support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or in any game where collusion would affect outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which wwwbaji offers betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wwwbaji staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical security measures of the wwwbaji platform.

All content on the wwwbaji platform — including but not limited to the wwwbaji name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphical elements, software code, text content, betting data, odds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wwwbaji or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the wwwbaji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any wwwbaji content without prior written consent.
• Use the wwwbaji name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the wwwbaji platform.
• Create any derivative works based on wwwbaji content or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwwbaji's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their wwwbaji account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside wwwbaji's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party payment system failures.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Either party may close a wwwbaji account. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. wwwbaji will process closure requests promptly, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal or KYC verification requirements.

wwwbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player provided false registration or KYC information.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including applicable dormancy fees where permitted by law, will be communicated to the Player's registered email address before any charges are applied.

Upon account closure for cause, wwwbaji reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel active bonuses, and forfeit any bonus-derived winnings. Genuine deposited funds that cannot be linked to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player via their original payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your wwwbaji account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other platform matter, you should follow the procedure set out below:

wwwbaji's decisions on bet settlement matters made in good faith and in accordance with its published betting rules are final. The dispute resolution process above applies to procedural and administrative matters — it does not override game outcomes determined by certified RNG software or sports results determined by governing bodies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wwwbaji holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, to the extent not otherwise resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wwwbaji from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The waiver by wwwbaji of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
